For many years I believed that success meant pushing harder and handling everything myself. Like many ambitious professionals, I kept going long after my energy was running low.
Eventually I realized that the habits that helped me succeed were also the ones exhausting me. That experience changed how I think about success, work, and sustainability.
Today I based in Basel and work internationally with professionals who have built successful careers and reached a point where the life that came with that success no longer feels sustainable. Together we step back and rethink what comes next.
My clients tell me that working with me feels warm, honest, and calm. They describe our sessions as a dance between:
• Insight + action
• Strategy + soul
• Structure + intuition
Most of the people I work with are leaders and experts who have built successful careers.
Many work in global organizations or scientific environments where they experience high expectations, constant restructuring, and global responsibilities.
At some point they begin to realize the life that came with that success is no longer sustainable. The pressure, exhaustion, and responsibility have started to take more energy than they give back.
They are highly capable yet find themselves exhausted, overextended, at a crossroads, or preparing for a consequential career conversation.
My work is to help people step back at that moment and rethink what success should look like.
Most people begin with a Thinking Session. It gives us the space to understand your situation in depth and what might need to change.
If the questions go further, we can continue working together over a longer period.
You can read a few client reflections to get a sense of how others have experienced this work.
